The Opportunity

Since 2005, MDCalc has been an essential part of the clinician’s workflow to help achieve better patient outcomes. Actively used by more than 65% of physicians worldwide, MDCalc is the most broadly used medical reference – at the point-of-care – for clinical decision tools and content, and one of only four references used by >50% of US HCPs. These evidence-based tools and content are used by millions of medical professionals globally and support 50+ specialties and cover 200+ patient conditions.

As MDCalc continues to grow, we’re adding a Revenue Operations Manager to strengthen and scale the operational backbone across our commercial team. This role is a great fit for someone who can bring structure to complexity, improve cross-functional execution, and help build a business with unmatched reach to HCPs.

The Role

The Revenue Operations Manager at MDCalc is responsible for scaling cross-functional operational rigor across Sales, Client Success, Ad Operations, and Finance. This role ensures that efficient and strategic compliance is maintained through repeatable processes across all functions, improving visibility into campaign performance while protecting the integrity of our clinical mission.

This role is highly cross-functional, acting as a connective layer between leadership, systems, and execution teams.

The responsibilities of this individual include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures pertaining to the RFP lifecycle

  • Lead forecasting, pacing, and revenue reporting in close partnership with Finance, ensuring accurate visibility and clear inputs

  • Identify operational gaps and bottlenecks, then design and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and execution

  • Provide leadership with strategic analysis, business insights, and decision support to drive planning and prioritization

Your Background
  • 7+ years experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related function

  • 3+ Experience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated advertising environments

  • Experience supporting Sales and Ad Operations and/or Campaign Operations teams

  • Strong systems and process mindset with hands-on experience across CRM (HubSpot or similar), OMS, ad servers and reporting/analytics tools (Metabase or similar)

  • Proven ability to scale processes in a fast-paced, growing organization

  • Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence

What MDCalc offers:
  • Ability to make a true difference in medicine: MDCalc is the most broadly used medical reference used by 65% of physicians worldwide.

  • Medical, Dental, & Vision coverage, with option to extend to your dependents

  • Company-sponsored short-term insurance

  • Fully-paid 8 week parental leave, after 6 months of employment

  • Company-sponsored 401k, after 3 months of employment

  • Unlimited vacation for salaried roles - we trust you to take the time you need

  • Tri-annual company offsites to connect, reflect, and plan together (most recently in Asheville and Mexico City)

  • Work from home monthly stipend

  • Hybrid work environment with a great team office in Greenwich Village, NYC

  • A culture of fun and motivated team members who believe in a greater mission here at MDCalc
