We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our operations team. Working with our Senior Salesforce Architect and reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll support internal dscout teams by continuously improving and expanding the configuration of Salesforce. From onboarding new team members, to managing support cases, to ensuring data quality, you’ll be the first line of Salesforce support for the company.

You’ll be a key player in helping a quickly growing company to automate and update their internal workflows and systems. You are an incredible communicator and a genuine, creative problem-solver. You are a processed-focused individual who is passionate about Salesforce.. If this sounds like you, apply today!

What you will do:

  • Sales Operations and Analytics:

  • Support sales meetings with pipeline and sales performance analysis pre-read prep
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM management and data entry
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the distribution of commission plans and statements.
  • Assist in documentation of processes.

  • Salesforce Administration:

  • Support our Senior Salesforce Admin with Salesforce responsibilities, including creating custom fields, objects, workflows, and validation rules as the junior member of a small Salesforce admin team.
  • Provision and de-provision users, manage profiles, and maintain role hierarchies and permissions.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes in Salesforce, ensuring proper access and system setup.
  • Support the finance and sales team in conducting regular audits of Salesforce data to maintain data integrity and compliance.
  • Provide Level One user support and training to ensure efficient use of Salesforce across the organization.

What you need to have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, revenue operations, or Salesforce administration.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or Trailhead experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, with experience in creating custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, or Metabase).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, commission plan structures, and sales technology tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Of course, what is outlined above is an ideal set of expectations, but things may shift based on business needs, and other projects and tasks could be added at the discretion of your manager.
