Lumana is on a mission to empower organizations by unlocking the value of their visual data — not just record the world, but to actually understand it and extract meaningful insights. Our AI video security platform delivers unmatched visibility and control, helping customers enhance security and safety, streamline operations, and respond instantly when it matters most.

Founded in 2021, we are backed by tier-one Silicon Valley investors with deep team expertise in AI, computer vision, and machine learning. We are one of the fastest-growing video security companies and recently raised the largest Series A within our industry. We’ve built the most intelligent video security solution on the market — one that sees what matters, acts fast, and prevents what used to be inevitable.

At Lumana, teams are small, dynamic, and trusted to lead. We think big, move fast, and execute like owners — because we are. Your impact here won’t be filtered. It will be visible, lasting, and real.

Position Summary
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Leader to optimize our go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll be a critical partner to our GTM leaders, driving operational excellence through data, systems, and strategy.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has a passion for turning complexity into clarity. You’ll own process improvement, forecasting, reporting, and enablement workflows — ensuring alignment and efficiency across the entire customer lifecycle.

Compensation

This role may be hired at the Manager or Director level. $150,000 – $195,000 OTE (Base + Variable + Equity)

Location & Travel
This is a remote role, with some travel for team meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to define, measure, and improve key performance metrics across the funnel.

  • Own forecasting, pipeline health, and funnel conversion analysis to drive predictable growth.

  • Manage and optimize our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and data visualization tools) to ensure accuracy and adoption.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that inform strategic decisions and drive accountability.

  • Lead deal desk operations, including quote management, approvals, and contract accuracy.

  • Develop playbooks and process documentation to ensure scalability and consistency as the company grows.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Product teams to connect revenue data to broader business outcomes.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Must Have

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or tech environment.

  • Proven experience supporting GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, and CS) in a scaling startup or high-growth environment.

  • Deep understanding of CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL or BI tools.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence across all levels of the organization.

  • Bias toward action, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Global mindset; experience working across regions or distributed teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI, IoT, or enterprise hardware + SaaS business models.

  • Familiarity with channel or partner-led go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience implementing or integrating RevOps tools like Clari, Chili Piper, LeanData, or Gong.

✍️ Hiring Philosophy

  • We spend a lot of time building best-in-class products since we believe a highly differentiated product is easier to sell.

  • We aim to provide both product & industry expertise whenever we interact with prospects and customers.

  • We strongly believe that small teams with very talented people (and the right work environment) deliver much better performance than teams with large headcount. We hire and compensate accordingly.

  • We value a strong sense of ownership, principled thinking over experience, and thoughtful communication.

Our Interview Process

We keep it focused and respectful of your time—our typical process includes:

  • A 60-minute interview with our Talent Leader

  • A 60-minute interview with our VP of RevOps

  • A 30-minute interview with our VP of Finance

  • A 30-minute interview with our CEO
