Courier Health is on a mission to solve one of the biggest and most meaningful opportunities in healthcare: reinvent how people living with chronic and rare diseases are supported.
We are building the future of patient engagement for life sciences companies. Our software is leveraged by biopharma companies to support patients in their complex journey from diagnosis to initiating and remaining on therapy to achieve optimal health outcomes.
We are looking for talented individuals who are motivated by this mission and excited to roll their sleeves up and help the company scale at this moment of tremendous growth.
The RoleWe're looking for a founding Revenue Operations Lead to build our RevOps function from the ground up. This is a great opportunity to architect the systems, processes, and analytics framework that will power our revenue engine for years to come—without inheriting technical debt or legacy processes. Working closely across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations, you'll have the greenfield opportunity to get it right from day one.
What You'll BuildYou'll own the entire revenue operations function, including:
- Selecting and implementing a core tech stack built around Hubspot
- Design processes and reporting frameworks that will scale with the organization
- Partner with leadership across Sales, Marketing, CS and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, planning and territory management
- Establish a single source of truth for funnel metrics and GTM analytics, enabling the organization to make efficient and well-informed decisions
- Align compensation plans across GTM in partnership with finance and GTM leadership
- An experienced operator who has seen the good, bad and ugly of RevOps, and has a strong opinion on what ‘good’ looks like when building out this function
- You have 5-7 years of experience in RevOps or sales ops, ideally with experience building or scaling these roles at high-growth SaaS companies
- A builder who gets excited about greenfield opportunities and the chance to ‘get it right’ from the get-go
- You can balance moving quickly with building properly and understand how to toe the line
- Opinionated about tools and processes but pragmatic about when in the company journey certain processes become important
- You can make sense of messy data, build clarity from ambiguity and drive adoption of new processes through influence and communication
- 5-7 years in revenue or sales operations, adept at building relationships across GTM teams
- 8-10+ years of total experience ideally at a SaaS company
- Experience building or significantly scaling RevOps functions (not just maintaining them)
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot
- Deep understanding of revenue tech stack architecture and best practices
- Proven track record of implementing systems and driving adoption
- Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS unit economics
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- You’re energized by ambiguity and building clarity as you go
- Highly competitive pay, including equity
- Top notch health benefits
- Flexible PTO
- Paid parental leave
- Monthly healthy lifestyle stipend
- Team events and bi-annual off-sites
- Career coaching opportunities
- Open office with unlimited coffee, snacks, etc.
The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $160,000 to $190,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
