About Sent

Sent is an infrastructure for sending A2P messages across SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS through a single unified API. Our intelligent routing model automates channel selection based on deliverability and cost, ensuring lower cost and global reach without any channel-specific integrations.

We recently closed a $5.1M Seed round backed by Companyon Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, UIF, and CEAS Investments. We're hiring to build the best infrastructure to replace multi-channel messaging stacks.

The Role

We're hiring a revenue operator to be the connective tissue across our GTM org. As Sent scales our sales motion, we need someone who obsesses over clean data, tight processes, and making the people around them more effective. You'll work across sales, marketing, and customer success to make sure our systems talk to each other, our pipeline data is trustworthy, and our go-to-market team can focus on selling instead of fighting their tools.

This is a great fit for someone 0–2 years out of school who's analytically sharp, naturally organized, and excited about building the operational backbone of a fast-growing startup from scratch. You don't need to have "done RevOps" before - but you should be the kind of person who sees a messy spreadsheet and can't leave it alone.

What You'll Do

  • Own the health of our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce): data hygiene, pipeline accuracy, lead routing, deal stage definitions, and reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline, conversion rates, sales velocity, and campaign attribution

  • Design and document GTM processes: lead lifecycle stages, handoff protocols between marketing and sales, renewal and expansion workflows

  • Manage marketing and sales tooling administration - integrations, automations, and workflows across the stack

  • Support forecasting by maintaining clean pipeline data and surfacing trends in win/loss rates, deal cycle length, and funnel conversion

  • Partner with the Head of GTM and AE to identify bottlenecks in the funnel and propose process or tooling fixes

  • Help onboard new GTM hires by building playbooks, training docs, and system access workflows

  • Run ad hoc analyses: territory modeling, comp plan modeling, TAM/SAM sizing, and competitive research as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, operations, engineering, or at a high growth startup

  • A degree in business, economics, cs, data science, or a quantitative field (or equivalent experience that shows you think in systems and numbers)

  • Comfort in spreadsheets - you can build a pivot table and ideally know your way around basic SQL or BI tools

  • Exposure to or strong interest in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools

  • Detail orientation that borders on compulsive - you notice when a field is mapped wrong or a deal stage doesn't make sense

  • Clear written communication: you can document a process so that someone else can follow it without asking questions

  • High agency - you don't wait to be told what's broken. You find it, flag it, and ideally fix it before anyone asks

  • Lives in NYC or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

  • Experience with automation tools or other GTM/ops platforms

  • Familiarity with SaaS or usage-based business models

  • Previous work at an early-stage startup or in a consulting/analyst environment

  • Interest in the developer tools or API space

Our Commitment to You

  • Meaningful equity with high growth potential

  • Top-tier medical, dental, vision fully covered

  • 401(k) with 100% match up to 4%

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Beautiful NYC workspace with daily meals and unlimited snacks

  • New MacBook Pro + Apple Studio Display

  • Fully comped Wellhub Gold or Equinox membership

Sent, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.
