Role Summary
The two-year Graduate Program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience across a wide range of front, middle, and back-office functions, contributing to projects that support operations, financial activities, client engagement, and regulatory responsibilities. Depending on placement, participants may assist with audits, reporting, compliance, financial transactions, client onboarding, technology, risk management, trade execution, prime brokerage, and client services. In addition to practical experience, the program emphasizes professional development, offering exposure to industry practices, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration alongside experienced professionals.
Graduates are expected to start no later than September 2026.

The Risk Department at Marex plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s capital markets activities by identifying, measuring, and monitoring risks across business operations. As part of a centralized control function, the team partners closely with front office and support teams to maintain effective risk frameworks, controls, and reporting processes. This department not only provides independent oversight and guidance to business units but also establishes the minimum required standards for risk management practices, reinforcing Marex’s commitment to transparency, consistency, and operational excellence throughout its global footprint.
Purpose of Role
The Risk Analyst is responsible for supporting core risk management activities by assisting with risk monitoring, reporting, and control processes across the firm. This role will focus on day‑to‑day risk support activities, providing additional capacity to the team and enabling senior members to focus on analysis, oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

By delivering accurate reporting and consistently executing standard risk processes and controls, the Risk team supports informed decision‑making and strengthens the firm’s overall risk framework.
Responsibilities:
- Support day‑to‑day risk monitoring and reporting activities, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and complete.
- Analyze large risk datasets to identify data issues, trends, and emerging risk patterns, supporting effective risk oversight.
- Use data analytics and AI tools to help streamline risk monitoring, reporting, and control processes, improving efficiency and scalability.
- Assist with the execution of standard risk control processes, contributing to the effectiveness of the firm’s control environment.
- Provide additional capacity to the team through routine risk support activities, enabling senior members to focus on analysis and oversight.
- Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry standards and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges and regulatory bodies.
- Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.

Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or a related field required.
• Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to work with large datasets.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or data analytics platforms is helpful.
• Genuine interest in one or more of the program’s departmental tracks.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT.
