Job Description

AECOM Tishman has a opportunity for a Risk Analyst to join our team in Midtown Manhattan.

  • Relies on advanced knowledge, within the scope of the position and often handles moderately complex tasks. 
  • May review work of other employees and resolve any identified issues unilaterally or with the assistance of a Manager. 
  • Advises and participates in the planning, development of strategy and policy related to discipline. 
  • Works under general or limited supervision. 
  • May carry out and provide reporting for special projects with limited supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS and 2 years of Risk Management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in the field of Risk Management.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies 
  • Familiarity with construction processes and project lifecycle
  • Understanding of contracts, insurance, and legal frameworks
  • Proficiency in tools like:
    • Excel (advanced)
    • Risk software (e.g., @RISK, Primavera Risk Analysis)
    • Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
