The RMA Specialist is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, testing, and repair of returned high‑reliability electronic products. The role includes performing failure analysis, supporting root‑cause investigations, generating reports.
Responsibilities
· Perform diagnostics, testing, and component‑level repair of returned units per work instructions and quality standards.
· Prepare failure analysis reports for internal and customer use.
· Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Production to resolve recurring issues and improve processes.
· Lead and train RMA technicians and monitor team performance/metrics.
· Ensure on‑time repair schedules and maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation.
· 4+ years’ experience in troubleshooting/repair in production or engineering environments.
· Associate degree or equivalent experience.
· Strong diagnostic skills, organizational abilities, and leadership capabilities.
· Experience with RMA processes – advantage.
· Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
