Your Day-to-Day:
The Regional Vice President of Consulting role will lead a regional consulting segment by managing a high-performing team of Program Directors to deliver a portfolio of complex programs using the HighRadius "Speed to Value" methodology. You will cultivate trusted C-suite partnerships and resolve critical escalations while continuously refining service delivery frameworks to ensure client success. This pivotal role requires 50% travel to drive regional outcomes and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead a team of high-performing Program Directors to ensure they are building strong relationships at mid-management levels
- Manage client relationships at the executive level (CIO/GBS leaders/CFO)
- Ensure monthly steering committee meetings are executed with clients in collaboration with program directors
- Collaborate with sales to proactively plan for growth, hiring, and contract reviews
- Help program managers set up projects for success
- Proactively manage churn by proactively identifying risks and helping Program Managers develop mitigation plans
- Collaborate with Product Management on segment-specific solutions
- Partner with client executives, global process owners, and internal stakeholders to align on expected value and means, and to measure it continuously
- Be the people manager for Program Directors and Project Management Leads by providing onboarding support, regular check-ins, coaching, feedback, and guidance, and leading formal employee performance reviews
- Help to build and improve training methodologies and the tools needed for Consulting success
- Manage deliverables to achieve deadlines across multiple projects and clients
- Travel on-site to teach the client how to use our SaaS system and facilitate testing (up to 50% travel)
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- 15+ years of professional services in technology led consulting business
- Experience in building and managing consulting best practices in a SaaS company
- Proven track record of developing C-suite level relationships
- Experience managing and developing high performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills in win-win solutioning and negotiations
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with small and large groups
