The IT Operations – SaaS team manages the applications Datadog employees rely on every day to do their work. As a SaaS Administrator II focused on AI, you will help Datadog harness the power of AI across our SaaS ecosystem to drive efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance the employee experience. What You’ll Do:- Evaluate new AI tools, establish strong relationships with vendors, coordinate with stakeholders to pilot and procure tools, and drive adoption through clear documentation, training, and support.
- Enable and configure AI-powered features across enterprise SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Zoom, ensuring secure, scalable deployments.
- Build and maintain AI-driven workflows and agents using native platform tools or low-code solutions to solve real, repeatable problems for internal teams.
- Configure, troubleshoot, monitor, and administer our catalog of SaaS applications
- You have experience administering enterprise SaaS tools and working with their APIs and integrations.
- You are deeply interested in AI, stay current on new tools and features, and constantly look for practical ways to apply them in your work.
- You are a strong communicator and collaborator who enjoys enabling others and shaping scalable, user-friendly experiences across systems.
