This role is implementation-focused, working directly with clients to lead and execute full-lifecycle Sage Intacct implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
The Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation process. You will lead configuration, implementation, and deployment of Sage Intacct, translating business and accounting requirements into scalable system solutions.
This role is highly hands-on and client-facing, combining technical ERP expertise with strong communication and project ownership. Consultants support clients from initial discovery through successful go-live, with limited post-go-live support as part of a broader client success model.

- Configure Sage Intacct modules to align with client processes and accounting structures
- Develop and execute test plans and support client testing phases

- Recommend best-practice processes and system optimizations
- Design and build financial reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct
- Configure and support third-party integrations and marketplace solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
- Identify system limitations, risks, and enhancement opportunities
- Contribute to internal documentation, templates, and implementation best practices
- Escalate complex issues as needed and collaborate with technical resources to resolve them
What You Need to Succeed
- 1+ years of ERP implementation or consulting experience (Sage Intacct strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing consulting environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency with standard business tools (Office 365, collaboration platforms, virtual meeting tools)
- Experience with ERP ticketing or PSA tools is a plus
We offer a competitive base compensation range for this role and are open to discussion based on experience and seniority level.
