Sales Application Manager

The Fluke IG Sales Application Manager will provide territory sales manager support, and share accountability, in collaboration with the district sales managers, for the assigned Fluke sales revenue quota. This position would be located in the South Eastern United States. The Sales Applications Manager will serve as a member of the Fluke sales team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Application Managers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Enable sales force by reinforcing selling process, facilitating application identification, cross selling, and modeling correct selling/questioning techniques 
  • Act as an informal TSM mentor by positively navigating organizational changes
  • Reinforce TSM full FBS engagement around VM/DM, activity tracking, and CRM standard processes
  • Teach Fluke “Land-n-Expand” techniques, tactics, and standard methodologies
  • Application coaching to drive relevant pain questioning techniques & product positioning
  • Proactive collaboration with product marketing, business units, and end user SMEs.
  • Work with KAMs to drive multi-site, longer sell cycle, end user specifications
  • Prepare and deliver virtual and F2F value-based product demonstrations
  • Take on SME role at industry events, trade shows, and industry associations
  • Leverage “OneFluke” strategy driving awareness of product adjacencies
  • Exercise daily VM/DM. Participate in weekly standup meetings. Monthly report out on Bowler critical metrics, forecast, and BOB activities to overdrive sales
  • Associate degree in a technical field required, a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Experience with value-selling highly technical solutions into industrial applications.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Effective listening and strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop tactics to drive stated corporate and regional strategies.
  • Efficiency – Must possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative; Efficiently prioritize and follow through on assignments and projects
  • Frequent travel 60%+.
