Fox TV Stations

FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our television sales team as a Sales Assistant, where you'll play an essential role in supporting Account Executives and helping drive the success of our sales operations. This position is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across teams.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to Account Executives.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
  • Assist with prospecting, market research, and sales planning initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of communication between Account Executives, agency buyers, and clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Support the team by tracking priorities, coordinating tasks, and maintaining organized sales records.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant digital media or sales experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales/administrative support; media industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with WideOrbit or Operative AOS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the streaming advertising marketplace is preferred, or a willingness to quickly learn the industry.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will also be considered.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.05-24.05 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
