About the Role 

AI is already a board-level priority for legal teams but most are still working out how to turn ambition into real operational change. Factor’s built a suite of AI Enablement offerings to support this need. It’s the fastest-growing segment of our business and on target to double in 2026. 

We’re hiring high-potential Sales Associates to join the first pods building this market.. 

This is a role for someone who wants a faster learning curve than a traditional entry-level sales path. You’ll learn consultative enterprise selling in a high-growth AI category, gain fluency in modern GTM motions, and develop expertise in Factor’s AI Enablement offerings, including our award-winning Sensemaker Academy. 

Salary-70,000-90,000 USD base plus commission

Responsibilties:

    • Support a modern, high-velocity GTM motion through outbound campaigns, event follow-up, conference preparation, stakeholder mapping, and marketing-led demand conversion 

    • Help identify and develop opportunities with legal, legal operations, procurement, transformation, and business stakeholders 

    • Build mastery of Factor’s AI Enablement content, offerings, and sales narratives, including Sensemaker Academy 

    • Participate in client conversations and learn how to connect AI Enablement to legal workflow challenges 

    • Partner with your Sales Lead to move opportunities through qualification, proposal, and close 

    • Share market and buyer insights that help improve messaging, packaging, and sales strategy 

    • Progress from supporting opportunities to owning parts of the sales process and, over time, your own deals 


Criteria:

    • 2–5 years of experience in sales, client service, consulting, business development, account management, research, or another commercial role 

    • Strong communication skills, high motivation, resilience, and comfort engaging with new people 

    • Intellectual horsepower, strong judgment, and the ability to learn complex topics quickly 

    • Curiosity about business problems, AI, legal transformation, and emerging technology 

    • Comfort with modern sales tools, outbound motions, CRM discipline, and tech-enabled ways of working 

    • Exposure to B2B sales, SaaS, consulting, expert networks, legal services, sales technology, or professional services is helpful but not required
