Sales Associate

Since opening in 2006, AST has rapidly grown to become the largest consultant on defeasance and derivative transactions, hired by thousands of the largest real estate owners in the country annually. Our sales team has closed more than 25,000 transactions totaling in excess of $100 billion. No other company can combine ingenuity, know-how and customer service like AST.

Salespeople will be responsible for sourcing new deals for several different lines of business, including commercial real estate loan and financial consulting. They will be provided extensive training in all products offered and in real estate and finance principles and will be required to meet regular sales thresholds both in terms of closings and contacts made. Salespeople will target commercial real estate owners, sales brokers and mortgage brokers to expand firm’s network and reach. Extensive emailing and phone calling is required, in addition to face-to-face meetings. First year commissions should be $75,000-$100,000.

Proven working experience as sales associate a plus.

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Proficiency in English.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer service focus.

Salary: $35K Base + Commission
