About the RoleWe’re looking for someone who’s hungry to learn how B2B sales actually work, not just the theory of it. This is a hands-on role where you’ll prospect real leads, get in front of real clients, and contribute to actual revenue outcomes. If the 90 days go well, there is an opportunity to bring you on full-time.
What You’ll DoBuild and work a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and outreach
Meet virtually and in person with prospects to understand their goals and challenges
Present Mannix Marketing's portfolio of digital marketing services, including SEO, website development, and local advertising
Prepare customized proposals and move opportunities through the sales cycle
Work toward individual sales targets alongside the broader team
Represent Mannix Marketing at industry events and networking functions, with a focus on the tourism sector
Strong communicator, written and verbal
Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and priorities in a remote environment
Comfortable with outreach and the early stages of building a relationship
Curious about digital marketing and how it drives business results
Prior sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
Resides in the Capital Region of NY
$18/hour, 30 hours per week
90-day engagement
Fully remote
Strong performers will be considered for a full-time offer at the close of the 90 days
