Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Closer Intern to engage with qualified prospects, conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, handle objections, and close deals in the US market.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in SaaS sales, AI solutions, CRM platforms, and business automation while earning uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospects.

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations.

  • Understand client pain points and position Launchpad as the solution.

  • Handle objections and negotiations professionally.

  • Follow up with prospects through email, phone, SMS, and LinkedIn.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales notes.

  • Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to maximize conversion rates.

  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Stay informed about AI, CRM, and automation trends.

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong confidence speaking with US-based business owners and decision-makers.

  • Passion for sales, technology, AI, and business growth.

  • Ability to build rapport and influence prospects.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.

  • Strong listening, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work US business hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting, or lead generation.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.

  • Understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or related technologies.

  • Experience selling SaaS, digital marketing, automation, or technology solutions.

Compensation Structure
  • Base Compensation: $1,500 USD per month

  • Commission: 15% of revenue generated from closed deals

  • Uncapped Earnings Potential
