THE ROLE

Breakaway is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Brand Partnerships & Revenue team. Reporting directly to the EVP of Brand Partnerships & Revenue, this role will serve as a critical operational partner supporting the day-to-day execution of the sales process across all four Breakaway business units.

This position will play a key role in advancing partnership opportunities by maintaining sales systems, supporting proposal development, coordinating client-facing activities, and ensuring alignment across internal teams. You will help provide the organizational foundation that allows our commercial team to operate efficiently while building relationships with leading brands, agencies, and partners.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pipeline Management & Sales Operations
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and partnership tracking systems
  • Monitor sponsor category coverage and prospect activity across business units
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting of active opportunities and deal status
  • Support overall sales operations and process management to improve team efficiency

Proposal Development & Sales Materials

  • Build, format, and maintain partnership decks, one-sheets, proposals, and presentation material
  • Manage version control and organization of sales collateral
  • Ensure all materials align with brand standards and partnership objectives
  • Support the creation of customized client-facing materials for prospective partners

Meeting Preparation & Account Support

  • Conduct account and industry research to support business development efforts
  • Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and supporting materials for brand and agency meetings
  • Track meeting outcomes, action items, and follow-up requirements
  • Assist with ongoing communication and coordination across prospective and existing partners

Calendar, Travel & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate scheduling for internal and external meetings
  • Manage travel arrangements and logistics related to client meetings, festivals, and industry events
  • Support onsite preparation and coordination for partnership-related activities at events
  • Help ensure seamless execution of partner-facing engagements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a key point of coordination between Partnerships, Breakaway 360, Studios, and Projects teams
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and internal workflows across departments
  • Support communication and alignment to ensure partnership initiatives stay on schedule
  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed

Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Compile recurring sales and revenue reports for leadership
  • Assist with forecasting support and pipeline analysis
  • Gather and organize data for internal presentations and business reviews
  • Help maintain reporting accuracy and visibility across the commercial organization

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, partnerships, media, entertainment, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with experience preparing professional presentations and documents.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and presentation software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting team objectives.
  • Passion for live entertainment, music, and brand marketing.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel occasionally in support of events and partnership activities
  • Experience within sponsorship, agency, media, entertainment, or festival environments
  • Familiarity with sales reporting, forecasting, and deal-tracking workflows
  • Knowledge of the music, EDM, live events, or culture marketing landscape
  • Interest in building a long-term career within partnerships, sales, or business development
