Joseph Joseph is a global housewares brand known for innovative, functional consumer products sold across major retailers and ecommerce channels worldwide. We are expanding our U.S. sales team and are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our growing business across key retail channels.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization through customer communication, sales administration, inside sales activities, and management of our off-price channel business. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to help drive operational excellence and sales growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the U.S. sales team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of key business processes

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding product information, order status, inventory availability, pricing inquiries, and general account support

  • Support inside sales efforts, including calling and emailing customers daily

  • Assist external brokers in the management off-price retail accounts, including coordinating product offerings and pricing

  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, new item forms, customer documentation, and other materials required to support the sales team

  • Assist with new product launches, promotional programs, and customer-specific initiatives

  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Maintain customer records, pricing files, and sales information within company systems

  • Support trade shows, customer meetings, and sales events as required

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support changing business priorities as the organization grows

What we need from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, customer service, inside sales, or account coordination role, preferably within consumer products or retail

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach

  • Experience working directly with customers and building positive business relationships

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels of the organization

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a sales organization

  • Experience with retail customers, order management systems, or ERP platforms is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
