A Day in the Life - Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Transaction Support: Supporting the sales process from inquiry to close, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. 
  • Data Management: Enter and update partner information in Salesforce and other systems, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data. Grooming data to maintain up to date information across all platforms.  
  • Communication Coordination: Manage email and other communications, ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries. 
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and organize sales documents, proposals, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate and ready for client review. 
  • Meeting and Schedule Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings via Zoom, coordinating with team members and clients as necessary. 
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in compiling reports and data analysis to support sales performance tracking and decision-making. Modernizing reports to reflect the latest partner information. 
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness. Refine processes to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and activities, contributing to a vibrant, high-energy work culture. 
  • Operational Support: Guide partners through the use of proprietary systems for deal communication and tracking. 
  • Cross-Department Communication: Facilitate communication between multiple departments to ensure smooth operations. 

Skills and Qualifications:  

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, highly transactional environment. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), and the ability to quickly learn proprietary software. 
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey information and instructions within the team and to clients. Well-spoken, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in verbal interactions. 
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks and communications. 
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.  
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a small team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.  
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple transactions daily. 
  • Customer Service Orientation: A proactive approach to serving internal and external needs. 
  • Feedback Integration: Skilled at gathering and effectively relaying feedback, tailoring communication to suit different audiences.
