About GNO Partners

GNO Partners was founded by Gal and Ouriel, who built two successful Amazon brands from scratch to an almost 8-figure exit.
We help 7- and 8-figure Amazon FBA sellers in scaling their businesses by implementing our proven systems and strategies. Our fully remote team of experts has worked with over 1200 brands in the last 3 years and is currently partnered with more than 450 active clients.

We are NOT a 'Done-For-You' agency but rather a consulting firm with a 'Done-With-You' service model. We provide hands-on expertise to help our clients improve profits and revenues while integrating complete systems, processes, and frameworks so they can scale and manage their Amazon brand like top (7 & 8-figure) operators independently, without relying on us in the long term.

We are scaling fast and looking for A-players to join our growing sales team. If you’re highly motivated, coachable, and competitive, keep reading.

Why Join GNO Partners

  • Competitive base pay plus performance commissions and bonuses.
  • All leads provided — no prospecting or list building
  • Fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear opportunities for growth
  • Work directly with experienced operators who have scaled and exited Amazon brands

About the Role

This is an outbound sales development role. You’ll be the first point of contact with Amazon sellers, engaging them via phone calls to book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Approximately 90% of your day will be outbound cold calling Amazon brand owners from curated lists, while the remaining 10% will be handling inbound leads from paid campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Cold call Amazon brand owners from pre-qualified lead lists.
  • Book qualified discovery calls for the sales team (our offer is cold-friendly).
  • Drive show-up rates by executing consistent, professional follow-ups.
  • Accurately track all activity in the CRM and report on performance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ year of experience in SDR, BDR, or phone-based sales role, including cold calling
  • Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or Amazon FBA (basic understanding).
  • Excellent English — written and spoken
  • Confident on the phone, able to handle objections and book meetings
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Slack, instantly.ai, and Pipedrive
  • Coachable, driven, and accountable to daily KPIs

Details

  • Full-Time
  • Fully Remote
  • Must have some working hour overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
