This role is part of our Crosstalent team, one of our growing brands at saas.group.

Crosstalent is a French HRIS (Human Resources Information System) SaaS company, part of the saas.group portfolio. The company provides a modular HR platform built on Salesforce technology, serving mid-market and enterprise clients primarily in France.

Profile Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Crosstalent, you'll be the first point of contact with potential customers. You will own both proactive outbound prospecting and the qualification of inbound leads generated by marketing. Outbound prospecting will be a core driver of pipeline growth in this role. Your mission is to generate a qualified pipeline by targeting defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), engaging key stakeholders, and identifying high-potential opportunities for the Sales Team.

This is a crucial role for our growth, and you'll work closely with the Sales Team and Marketing to drive revenue. You'll need to have a strong understanding of the product, a knack for connecting with prospects, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

This is a high-impact role for someone with 3–4 years of B2B SaaS experience who wants to operate as a true revenue contributor, not just an activity executor. You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Sales Team to build a predictable and scalable acquisition engine.

You’ll have the freedom to test creative prospecting approaches within a performance-driven and metrics-based environment. This is also an opportunity to develop into an Account Executive, with a clear pathway for growth and hands-on support to help you get there.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Ramp up quickly on the Crosstalent product, value proposition, and ICP segments
  • Own outbound prospecting across defined verticals and target accounts
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert marketing interest into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Build consistent monthly pipeline contribution aligned with revenue targets
Your responsibilities
  • Outbound Leads: Use various channels such as outbound calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and creative account-based approaches to identify and engage target accounts aligned with defined ICPs. Qualify them before transitioning opportunities to the Sales Team.
  • Inbound Leads: Own the qualification of inbound leads from marketing and convert them into high-quality meetings for the Sales Team.
  • CRM Management and Tools: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM. Leverage sales engagement platforms, data enrichment tools, and AI-powered research tools to improve efficiency and personalization.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on Crosstalent’s offerings and use cases to provide relevant, compelling information to prospects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team and Marketing to transition qualified leads, provide context and insights, refine messaging, and continuously improve targeting and conversion strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to improve outreach strategies and better target prospects.
  • Pipeline Contribution: Own MQL-to-SQL conversion and meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated. Targets will be defined around qualified meetings, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, with a focus on revenue impact rather than activity volume.
What You bring to the table
  • Experience: 3–4 years in a similar B2B SaaS sales role, ideally in a hunter-oriented SDR or Business Development Representative (BDR) position. Experience in scale-up or fast-growing environments is a strong plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
  • Sales-Oriented Mindset: Strong understanding of the sales process, with a goal-driven attitude and the resilience to handle rejections.
  • Qualification Skills: Strong discovery and qualification capabilities, with the ability to assess real opportunity potential.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs (such as HubSpot or Salesforce), outreach tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enrichment platforms.
  • AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for prospect research, personalization, sequencing, and productivity enhancement
  • Interest in Technology: Knowledge of HR tech, B2B SaaS, Generative and Agentic AI, or data-driven business models is a plus, with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and willing to learn from feedback while also offering insights to the team.
What’s in it for You
  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
  • Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
  • Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally.
  • Flexible time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed.

Crosstalent is part of saas.group and we have a shared goal of succeeding together.
