Our Mission

Casium is building the fastest, most comprehensive business immigration solution for modern companies.

Today, teams using Casium see filings move 11x faster, spend 3+ fewer admin hours per case, and pay roughly 30% less than with a typical law firm, while achieving an approval rate above the market median.

We combine deep legal expertise with AI innovation to help companies secure and retain top global talent with more speed, clarity, and confidence.

Talent is global. Immigration infrastructure is still fragmented, manual, and opaque. HR teams spend significant time coordinating cases. High-priority hires get delayed. Employees struggle to understand what is happening and what comes next.

Casium is rebuilding business immigration from the ground up.

Why We're Built to Win

Casium is an AI-native law firm combining deep legal expertise, technology, and exceptional customer experience.

Our team brings experience from Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, DataRobot, LSEG, Vialto Partners, Envoy Global, and in-house legal teams at major global companies.

Our founding team has built and shipped AI products at enterprise scale. Our legal team brings deep experience across business immigration, in-house legal environments, and global mobility programs.

We are backed by AI2 Incubator, Maverick Ventures, GTMfund, Success Venture Partners, and Jake Heller, Co-founder and CEO of Casetext, acquired by Thomson Reuters.

This market is large, painful, and ripe for reinvention. We believe the winning company will be the one that combines legal quality, AI-native execution, and exceptional customer trust. That is what we are building.

The Role

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative focused on the mid-market.

This is an outbound pipeline creation role.

Your job is to consistently create qualified sales opportunities with mid-market companies. You will research accounts, prospect across channels, follow up persistently, qualify interest, and find creative ways to start the right conversations.

You will work closely with our founder and broader team.

What You'll OwnCreate Qualified Pipeline
  • Build an outbound system using modern tools, including Claude, HubSpot, HeyReach, and Clay.

  • Build outbound pipeline across phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and other channels.

  • Research accounts and personalize outreach based on relevant context.

  • Consistently turn prospecting activity into qualified sales conversations.

  • Follow up with discipline and persistence.

  • Re-engage prospects when timing changes.

  • Find creative ways into accounts when standard approaches do not work.

Run Strong First Conversations
  • Engage People, Talent, HR, Global Mobility, Legal, and other relevant leaders.

  • Understand how prospective customers manage immigration today and where they experience friction.

  • Ask thoughtful questions about priorities, challenges, timing, and current approaches.

  • Qualify whether there is a real opportunity.

  • Bring in the right Casium team members as conversations progress.

  • Learn enough about business immigration to speak credibly about the problems we solve while knowing when legal questions require an attorney.

Use Events as a Prospecting Channel
  • Identify relevant prospects before conferences, dinners, and industry events.

  • Create conversations before, during, and after events.

  • Attend selected events with the Casium team.

  • Build genuine relationships rather than simply collecting contacts.

  • Own fast and thoughtful follow-up.

Improve the Outbound Motion
  • Test messaging, channels, and prospecting approaches.

  • Use data to understand what is working and what is not.

  • Use AI to improve research, personalization, and productivity.

  • Turn successful experiments into repeatable processes.

  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and pipeline visibility.

What Success Looks Like

Your primary measure of success is qualified pipeline created.

We care about:

  • Qualified opportunities created.

  • Sourced pipeline.

  • Conversion from initial conversations into real opportunities.

  • Consistency in pipeline creation.

  • Speed and quality of follow-up.

  • Your ability to improve the effectiveness of the outbound motion.

What matters is qualified pipeline, not activity alone.

Who We're Looking For

Prior 0→1 startup experience is required.

You have worked at an early-stage company where the brand, processes, and sales infrastructure were still being built.

You also have 1–3 years of B2B sales development or business development experience, with meaningful responsibility for creating outbound pipeline.

You have done the work yourself. You know how to research accounts, write outreach, pick up the phone, follow up, and turn activity into meetings and qualified opportunities.

You are tech-savvy, organized, and methodical, with hands-on experience using modern outbound tools.

You:

  • Have a track record of creating outbound pipeline.

  • Move quickly from idea to execution.

  • Work through blockers independently.

  • Are highly resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Care more about outcomes than activity metrics.

Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, legal tech, Future of Work, or another complex B2B category is helpful but not required.

Immigration experience is not required. Curiosity and the ability to learn quickly are.
