Role Overview

Scaler is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and build lasting relationships with forward-thinking clients in the region. This role is a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution—offering a chance to make a direct impact on the future of sustainable real estate. If you're passionate about B2B SaaS, commercial real estate, and sustainability-driven innovation, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify high-potential leads aligned with Scaler’s sustainability platform.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.

  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations that connect sustainability goals with financial performance.

  • Shape and execute outreach strategies in partnership with the sales team.

  • Develop clear, compelling proposals and RFP responses focused on client priorities.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory shifts to inform consultative conversations.

  • Support deal closure and ensure smooth transitions to onboarding and customer success teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within Sustainability, SaaS, or commercial real estate.

  • Proven track record managing pipelines, closing deals, and surpassing targets.

  • Strong communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks, decarbonization strategies, or green building practices.

  • Degree in Business, Sustainability, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
