Who We Are 🧡

We’re built on transparency, customer experience, responsibility, education, and empathy, and we believe people (yep, that means you) are the key to our success. That’s why we’re obsessed with building a team that feels supported, challenged, and excited to show up every day.

What You’ll Do 🚀

As part of our team, you’ll be on the front lines of growth, sparking the first conversations with future customers and fueling our pipelines. Your role is all about curiosity, persistence, and creativity in reaching out to the right decision-makers and booking discovery calls that matter.

This isn’t a “smile and dial” volume game. You’ll use research, personalization, and a smart Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach to connect with high-value accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing, track your efforts in our CRM, and contribute directly to Telgorithm’s revenue growth.

Your impact will be measured in discovery calls booked, quality of pipeline created, and the energy you bring to every prospecting touch.

Who We’re Looking For 🧐

This is a role for someone who thrives in early-stage startup environments. We’re a small team, which means your work will be highly visible and evaluated regularly, and your impact will be felt.

We’re looking for someone who has done this before; someone who can pick up the phone and get through to the right people and get them engaged. You’re curious by nature, eager to dig in and become the ultimate expert on what we do, why we do it, and who our customers are. You’ll know the value we bring to each prospective customer, the pain points we solve, and you’ll bring that insight into every conversation. You’re coachable, you want to learn, and you get excited about finding ways to break through the noise.

We also need someone who’s competitive in the best way, motivated by goals, but also committed to doing it the right way, representing Telgorithm with professionalism and persistence.
