CurbWaste is a fast-growing Series-B SaaS company looking for driven Sales Development Representatives to help scale our go-to-market motion from the ground up. This is a high-impact role based in our NYC office, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to be a foundational contributor to a growing revenue organization.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying pipeline, engaging decision-makers, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to drive new business. You’ll succeed in this role if you bring strong work ethic, grit, curiosity, and a desire to master both the product and the industry we serve.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and objection handling
  • Excellent time management and pipeline organization skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving startup environment
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to learn from metrics and feedback
  • Collaborative approach and coachability
  • Curiosity and willingness to develop deep product and industry knowledge
