Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in staffing and/or recruitment sales. This is a hybrid/on-site SDR role that combines outbound prospecting with in-person client meetings and relationship building.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline through both remote outreach and face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities within target industries
  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales or account teams
  • Attend in-person client meetings, site visits, and networking events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Present staffing/recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs and activity targets

Requirements
  • Must be based in Miami
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or lead generation
  • Proven success in outbound sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness and ability to attend in-person client visits and meetings
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a hybrid/on-site role
  • Ability to manage both remote outreach and field-based sales activities
