The Role
As an SDR, your mission is to find
and create opportunity where none exists yet. You'll proactively break into new
accounts across the U.S., qualify the leads worth chasing, and hand the sales
team a pipeline full of meetings that actually convert.
This is a hunting role for someone
who treats rejection as part of the job, not a setback — and who's energized by
an old-school, relationship-driven market that's only just starting to go
digital.
What You'll Do
• Penetrate
new markets in the US — proactively and independently approaching prospects
through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Qualify
inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
• Conduct
discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points
• Maintain
a pipeline of leads and manage follow-ups in a CRM system
• Book
meetings or demos for the sales team with high-potential leads
• Collaborate
closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns
• Track
and report on key metrics such as outreach activity, conversion rates, and
pipeline growth
• Continuously
learn the industry, the product, and customer personas to sharpen outreach
effectiveness
