Who We Are

Endex builds AI agents that handle complex, end-to-end work for the world's most demanding teams. Today we're deployed across leading financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies, embedded in the tools and workflows they rely on. We operate at the frontier of agentic knowledge work, partnering closely with top AI research labs and backed by the OpenAI Startup Fund. We're on a mission to build the most capable digital coworker in the world.

About the Role

Location: New York City
Commitment: 5-6 Days In-Person

We're looking for someone who wants to be on both sides of the customer relationship. You'll start the conversations that become deals, then make sure those customers get real value once they sign.

As a Sales Development Representative at Endex, you'll own pipeline generation, qualification, onboarding and adoption. You'll work directly with our founders, AEs and product team to shape who we sell to, how customers succeed and what we build next.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Performance: Research target accounts, map buying teams and run outbound across email, LinkedIn and phone. Book qualified meetings for our AEs and founders.

  • Onboard New Customers: Get new teams live fast. Run kickoff sessions, set up integrations and make sure every user sees value in their first week.

  • Drive Adoption: Work with customers to find new use cases across email, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Turn a single team's pilot into firmwide usage.

  • Be the Voice of the Customer: You'll hear every question, request and frustration first. Translate that into product feedback and feature requests that keep us ahead.

  • Protect and Expand Accounts: Monitor usage, spot risk early and surface expansion opportunities. Partner with AEs on renewals and upsells.

  • Build the Systems: Create the sequences, playbooks and onboarding materials we'll scale on.

What We're Looking For

  • Early-career athlete: 1-4 years in sales, customer success, consulting, banking or another fast-paced client-facing role. You have a track record of excellence and set a high bar for yourself.

  • Customer-obsessed: You care whether the people you work with actually succeed. You follow up, follow through and make yourself the person customers call first.

  • Technically curious: You want to understand how agentic systems work, not just how to talk about them. You learn a new tool quickly and can teach it to others.

  • Credible with experts: You can hold your own with analysts, operators and executives. You learn a domain fast and speak its language.

  • Relentlessly resourceful: You move fast, leverage your network and figure things out without a playbook.

Nice to Have

  • Early-stage startup experience

  • Existing relationships at target firms

  • Experience with outbound / customer success tools

Full-Time Benefits

  • Health & Dental Insurance

  • Monthly Wellness Stipend

  • 401K Matching

  • Competitive Salary + Equity
