Are you a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and relationship building? Constrafor is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base of Subcontractors who will benefit from our innovative financial solution, the Early Pay Program (EPP).

As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to new prospects, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and setting up discovery calls that demonstrate the value EPP can bring to their business. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to qualify leads, build relationships, and educate subcontractors on how our Early Pay Program can help fuel their growth, improve cash flow, and streamline their financial processes.

📝 What You'll Do:

  • Create new business opportunities with key decision makers through heavy outbound prospecting.
  • Book 40+ discovery calls per month with SMB subcontractors. 
  • Work closely with marketing to engage and optimize on inbound leads.
  • Understand key features and value proposition of our EPP product offering.
  • Convey feedback to marketing and sales teams to represent the voice of the customer.
  • Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email.
  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, business development and cross functional teams.
  • Work in a fast-pace environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team.
  • Utilize Hubspot to properly track activity.

📈 What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of direct B2B sales experience.
  • Comfortability and eagerness to conduct heavy prospecting both via phone and email.
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and results driven operating style.
  • Fluency with different sales tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with construction industry is a plus
  • Selling financial/lending products to businesses is a strong plus.

💼 What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000-$64,000 base + commission ($95-100k OTE)
