Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies to consistently exceed outreach and meeting targets

  • Generate quality pipeline by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities

  • Build initial relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients

  • Conduct effective discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all prospect interactions

  • Use data to continuously improve outreach processes and results

  • Thrive in a rapidly changing, high growth tech environment - no task should be too big or too small

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (experience with marketing and growth technologies a plus)

  • Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques

  • Demonstrated success in personal and professional endeavors

  • Strong qualification and discovery skills

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment

  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing, high growth tech environment

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
