Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative with a minimum of 1 year of experience to drive lead generation and prospecting efforts for Loop AI. This role will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through cold-calling, email outreach, and other prospecting activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold-calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and inquiries to determine fit and level of interest in Loop AI's products and services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities and manage prospecting activities and follow-up tasks.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted messaging and campaigns to engage prospective customers and drive lead conversion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Loop AI's products, features, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Provide regular updates and reports on prospecting activities, lead status, and pipeline metrics to sales management and leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Comfortable with cold-calling and outbound prospecting techniques to generate leads and opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
