What’s The Opportunity? 

RJ Young is looking for a dynamic SDR to fuel growth and shape the future of the Modern Office. In this role, you’ll uncover new opportunities, partner with territory reps to close deals, and deliver customized technology solutions that help businesses work smarter, reduce costs, and boost productivity.

What Will You Do? 

As a Sales Development Representative at RJ Young, you’ll be the driving force behind uncovering new opportunities and helping businesses modernize the way they work. In this role, you will:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through daily outreach and cold calling.
  • Partner with territory representatives to develop strategies and close new business.
  • Execute and refine RJ Young’s proven five-step sales process.
  • Manage your pipeline, track activities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions.
  • Lead client meetings, prepare presentations, and close deals with confidence.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay ahead of the curve through ongoing training on products and industry trends.

Technology You’ll Represent

You’ll gain expertise and educate clients across five key solution areas:

  • Copiers & Multifunction Printers (MFPs): Advanced print/scan technology for productivity
  • Managed Print Services (MPS): Cost reduction, security, and workflow efficiency
  • Wide Format Printers: Solutions for signage, architecture, and engineering needs
  • High-Volume Print Systems: Production-grade print for large-scale demands
  • Software & Professional Services: Cloud solutions, IT support, workflow automation, and document management

Education & Experience:

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer proficiency
  • Preferred: Previous sales experience; Associate’s degree in Business Administration; Bachelor’s degree
