UFACTORY is a manufacturer of multi-axis collaborative robots, specializing in 5-7 axis models with applications across various industries. Our cobots are designed to handle tasks with precision and efficiency, supporting applications from educational tools to fully built out manufacturing facilities.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing US team. This role is critical in building our sales pipeline through prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting. You will be the first point of contact for many of our prospective customers, helping them understand how UFACTORY’s collaborative robots can add value to their operations. This is a full-time, in-office position at our US office, where collaboration and team-driven success are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
Sell XARM products & accessories
Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach strategies.
Nurture early-stage prospects through education and value-driven engagement.
Maintain accurate and organized lead data in CRM (HubSpot).
Represent UFACTORY with professionalism and enthusiasm in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of robotics/hardware sales or business development experience (preferably B2B, tech, or robotics/automation).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident cold caller.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute in a collaborative office setting.
Curious mindset with a passion for technology and automation.
Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and explain them in simple terms
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of robotics fundamentals and emerging technologies
An interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry
