Our cobots are designed to handle tasks with precision and efficiency, supporting applications from educational tools to fully built out manufacturing facilities.
We are at an exciting growth stage and are seeking a high-performing, strategic Sales Director to drive the development, optimization, and execution of our sales operations. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence, developing scalable sales systems, and fostering long-term customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Sell XARM products & accessories
Product demonstrations
Create and manage sales processes, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.
Work closely and build relationships with customer's engineering and procurement team
Utilize data analysis and forecasting techniques to predict sales trends, set achievable targets, and optimize revenue generation.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the cobots, automation, or technology sectors
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of robotics fundamentals and emerging technologies
An interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry
