POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Enablement Coordinator supports the effectiveness and growth of our sales organization by helping Account Executives identify opportunities, develop stronger sales narratives, and move deals forward across priority markets. Working closely with the Senior Sales Enablement Lead, this role partners with local sales teams to track market activity, identify target categories, and support pipeline development. The position also works cross-functionally with Marketing and other internal teams to ensure sales materials, insights, and resources are aligned with current opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious about market trends, enjoys connecting insights to strategy, and wants to play an active role in helping sales teams succeed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Opportunity Support

  • Partner with local sales teams and the Senior Sales Enablement Lead to support sales objectives across markets, including identifying target categories, budgets, and priority opportunities.
  • Work directly with Account Executives to review pipeline opportunities and identify ways to strengthen positioning, storytelling, and outreach strategies.
  • Help push opportunities forward by ensuring AEs have the insights, research, and materials needed to engage clients effectively.

Sales Materials & Content Development

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop presentations, one-sheets, case studies, and other materials that support key opportunities and sales initiatives.
  • Help ensure sales collateral remains relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with market priorities.
  • Coordinate updates or creation of new materials based on emerging opportunities or category trends.

Market Insights & Opportunity Identification

  • Maintain a pulse on priority markets by monitoring advertiser activity, industry trends, and category growth opportunities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities where new materials, research, or messaging could help unlock sales potential.
  • Pull together relevant insights and supporting information that help sales teams build stronger narratives with clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services teams to ensure alignment on messaging, priorities, and sales initiatives.
  • Support the Senior Sales Enablement Lead in identifying opportunities to improve sales tools, resources, and processes.
  • Help maintain strong communication across teams supporting the sales organization.
