Founded by seasoned entrepreneurs, our platform bridges crucial gaps in delivering accessible, on-demand knowledge to users worldwide. At Guidde, we utilize advanced AI technologies to pioneer generative video solutions. Our platform enables any organization to create high-quality how-to videos in seconds, making knowledge creation and sharing a no-brainer task.

With over 2,500 paying organizations seeing 20%+ reduction in support tickets and up to 70% time savings in content creation, we're rapidly scaling our operations and building the go-to-market foundation for our next stage of growth.

The Ideal "Guidder" is like the videos we create - clear, impactful, and focused on delivering value. We operate like a high-performing team: focused, collaborative, and accountable to outcomes. We value people who execute, learn fast, and raise the bar for everyone around them. Ready to make your mark on our roster? Go Guidde!

If you are someone who loves turning sales potential into consistent performance, enjoys coaching reps in real deals (not theory), and wants to build enablement that directly shows up in revenue, then your place is with us!

What will you do?
  • Own sales onboarding and ramp - Design and run outcome-driven onboarding with clear 30/60/90 plans that shorten time-to-first-meeting and first deal
  • Standardize sales execution - Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to codify messaging, qualification, and deal progression standards
  • Coach through real deals - Establish call review and coaching cadences that turn top-performer behaviors into repeatable playbooks
Build practical enablement assets - Create field-ready talk tracks, battlecards, deal guides, and onboarding materials that reps actually use
  • Improve rep effectiveness - Work closely with Sales Ops to reinforce tool usage, process discipline, and efficient workflows
  • Continuously raise the bar - Use data, call insights, and field feedback to refine enablement and improve win rates and deal velocity
What will you need to have?
  • B2B SaaS sales or enablement experience - 3–6+ years in sales, sales enablement, or sales leadership roles
  • First-hand selling experience - Direct quota-carrying experience as an AE or SE (strongly preferred)
Proven coaching impact - Track record of improving sales performance through practical coaching and systems
  • Strong judgment and prioritization - Ability to focus on what drives results, not optics
  • Comfort with ambiguity - Experience building from zero in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
  • Cross-functional collaborator - Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops
Bonus points if you have:
  • Been an early or first sales enablement hire at a scaling SaaS company
  • Experience with modern sales tech stacks and call recording/coaching tools
  • Supported multiple sales motions (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise)
Your journey with Guidde
  • Leave Your Mark: Build the sales enablement foundation that directly impacts revenue, rep success, and customer outcomes
  • Work Your Way (Hybrid): Enjoy a flexible work arrangement based in NYC
  • Innovate Together: Embed deeply with Sales leadership and reps to shape how deals are run at Guidde
  • Fuel Your Growth: Grow the enablement function and build a team as the sales org scales
  • Your Value Matters: Receive a competitive compensation, equity, and benefits package. This position holds a salary range of $110K - $130K OTE.

We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you're excited about a role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you're a builder at heart, share our company values, and are enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.
