About the Role:The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Enablement team at CoreWeave. This individual will work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager to build and execute a variety of projects that drive sales team productivity, engagement, and learning. The role will focus on communication, content management, tool enablement, and ongoing support for onboarding and training initiatives.

What You'll Do

  1. Newsletter Build & Delivery:
    • Own the creation and delivery of the CoreWeave sales team newsletter.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Manager to ensure structure, template, and process are aligned with organizational goals.
    • Regularly engage with sales managers to gather updates and insights for inclusion in the newsletter.
  2. Tool Enablement Support:
    • Support enablement for key sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and other sales enablement platforms.
    • Assist in tracking tool usage and engagement, ensuring the sales team is maximizing the value of these tools.
  3. Onboarding New Hires:
    • Play a significant role in onboarding new sales hires by organizing materials, schedules, and training sessions.
    • Ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for new SDRs, AEs, and Sales Leaders, providing them with the resources needed to succeed.
  4. Content Management in Confluence:
    • Manage and maintain the internal resource library in Confluence, ensuring that it is up-to-date with the latest sales collateral, playbooks, competitive battlecards, and other critical documents.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Manager to ensure content is accessible, searchable, and easy to navigate.
  5. Internal Communications to Sales Teams:
    • Help manage internal communications, ensuring the sales teams are up-to-date with the latest product launches, enablement sessions, and important sales initiatives.
    • Own the creation and delivery of regular updates and announcements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the overall sales strategy.
  6. Partnering on Recurring Enablement Sessions:
    • Assist with organizing and scheduling recurring enablement sessions.
    • Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager to ensure that these sessions are effectively supporting the sales team's development, with a focus on core skills like pitching, discovery, and objection handling.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a sales enablement, operations, or related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using sales enablement tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and other CRM/enablement platforms.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to gather insights and drive results.
  • Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Able to take ownership of projects, follow through on tasks, and bring attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Team-Oriented: Must work well with others, especially with sales managers, senior managers, and directors, as part of an ongoing effort to support and improve the sales team's performance.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $110,000 The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
