We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our expanding sales team, based in the United States.


As a Sales Engineer, you will be an integral part of the sales process, working alongside our Growth team to help clients understand and realize the value of Voyantis’ predictive AI engine. You will serve as a technical advisor and product expert, guiding clients from initial discussions to annual commitments. Your responsibilities will also include initiating proof-of-concepts (POCs), managing data integration processes and internal handoffs, and facilitating communication between internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team from the early phases of the sales cycle to securing annual Commitments.
  • Understand the clients' challenges in their paid media plans and tailor the relevant offering - what predictions are needed, the number of different models required, etc.
  • Qualifying clients based on their current optimization strategy, potential future state, data richness, technical limitations, etc.
  • Manage and maintain effective communication between internal delivery teams and clients during Proof of Concepts (POCs), ensuring smooth handoffs and ongoing success.
  • Become a product matter expert within the growth team, clearly articulating the technical and business value of Voyantis’ AI solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations that showcase the capabilities and advantages of our technology.
  • Work closely with clients’ data scientists, analysts, and paid media marketers to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in Presales/Sales Engineering within a SaaS company, preferably in the Ad-Tech space.
  • Deep knowledge and familiarity with major ad platforms, specifically Google AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Ad-Tech, including the paid media ecosystem and AI applications.
  • Ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner, driving buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Experience engaging in deep technical conversations with data scientists, analysts, and paid media marketers.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-impact presentations, tailored to both technical and business audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high expectations.

$130,000/year to $160,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
