The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer who will play a crucial role in both the sales process and post-sale customer success experience. This remote role combines technical expertise with customer-facing engagement, ensuring potential and existing customers have a smooth experience from initial product walkthroughs to full-scale implementation.

The ideal candidate is someone who can communicate technical concepts effectively, guide customers through onboarding and integration, troubleshoot customer issues, and contribute to key technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Conduct product walkthroughs for prospective customers with sales team members, showcasing Jericho Security’s capabilities.
  • Assist in trial setup and sandbox environment onboarding, ensuring prospects get hands-on experience with the platform.
  • Address technical questions during the sales process.

Onboarding & Implementation

  • Guide new customers through the post-sale onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration into their environments (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges during setup and ongoing usage, working with internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by proactively checking in and addressing potential issues.
  • Operate platform on behalf of customers for managed services.

Technical Support & Documentation

  • Develop and maintain key process documentation (e.g., whitelisting guides, integration setup, troubleshooting playbooks).
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and product/engineering teams, ensuring feedback is captured for product improvements.
  • Provide frontline technical support, helping customers resolve basic issues before escalating when necessary.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a technical sales, customer success, or sales engineering role (preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity).
  • Strong ability to communicate in English to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and engaging way.
  • 1+ years of experience with customer onboarding, troubleshooting, and solution integration.
  • Ability to document technical processes and create customer-facing guides.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
