Sales Engineer

North Hospitality- Remote with travel in the US

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for the development and delivery of product demonstrations, in partnership with the field sales team 

  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and users through client meetings, seminars, conferences, etc. 

  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs. 

  • Able to convey customer requirements to the Implementations team. 

  • Able to travel throughout all sales territories.

  • Develop a pipeline of key strategic account activities to promote Hospitality products and services

  • Primary technical relationship manager for key relationships.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage existing relationships by adding products to increase revenue, and communicate those to the field sales team for execution

What we need from you:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ Years of professional experience.

  • Minimum two (2) years restaurant/restaurant technology experience or payments technology implementation.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.

  • Ability to understand technical aspects of POS, payments, and integrations.

  • Ability to manage a large and diverse set of responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.

Salary Range: $60,000- $75,000
