As we scale our U.S. operations, we’re seeking a dynamic and technically adept Sales Engineer to support pre-sales engagements and client onboarding. The Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in bridging technical insight with customer need. You’ll work closely with our customers deliver engaging demos, guide users through technical evaluations, and ensure that customers—from startups to global enterprises—understand how to best integrate XARM into their workflows.
Responsibilities:
Lead or support technical demonstrations of XARM robotic systems, adapting each session to the customer’s industry, use case, and technical background.
Act as a solutions consultant, helping prospects understand how our open-source architecture can be customized to their needs.
Gather customer feedback and technical requirements to influence product roadmap and integrations.
Occasionally support trade shows, webinars, and customer onboarding workshops.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or a similar client-facing role in hardware or automation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with a wide range of customers—from independent developers to Fortune 500 automation teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with robotic systems (preferably multi-axis arms), PLCs, or automation platforms.
Exposure to open-source hardware/software ecosystems.
L&D experience is a plus
