The Role

LRN is seeking an elite Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business within the Financial Services sector across North America, including Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Wealth Management, FinTech, and Private Equity.

This role focuses on new logo acquisition within highly regulated enterprises, requiring the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments and engage senior leaders responsible for governance, risk, compliance, and culture.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role suited for top-performing enterprise sellers who consistently exceed targets and thrive in rigorous, performance-driven environments.


Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new logo acquisition across Financial Services enterprises in North America
  • Own and execute the full enterprise sales cycle (qualification through close)
  • Build and manage a strategic pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Engage C-level and senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, and HR
  • Lead complex deal orchestration, including procurement, legal, security, and vendor risk stakeholders
  • Manage RFPs, enterprise procurement processes, and commercial negotiations
  • Navigate regulated buying environments involving vendor risk, security, and data privacy requirements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting discipline within Salesforce

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably within Financial Services
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and top-tier performance in enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large organizations
  • Demonstrated success navigating RFP processes, procurement negotiations, and enterprise buying committees
  • Ability to engage Compliance, Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, Procurement, and Security stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of regulated environments including governance, compliance, and data privacy frameworks
  • Excellent executive presence and consultative, value-based selling capability
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and CRM hygiene
