Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sales to or through partners and distributors. May include sales channel support and channel development tasks.

  • Uses in-depth knowledge of their own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer groups, as well as those of others, and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policies and strategies.

  • Is aware of best practices and how their own area integrates with others; knows the competitors and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

  • Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of established parameters to address more complex day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Has the ability to prioritize information to make decisions.

  • Uses technical expertise and analytical thinking. Uses various internal sources and limited external sources outside their own teams to arrive at decisions.

  • These sales positions will primarily be for individual contributors. A role at this level requires strong interpersonal skills. The role involves serving as a resource for less experienced colleagues. T

  • he incumbent may lead small projects with low resource requirements and risk. The role involves explaining information and developing skills to help team members reach consensus on issues within their field. The incumbent communicates performance expectations and can handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree is required

  • Advanced English skills

  • Experience in channel management +8 years

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems plus analyzing market trends. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
