Join our team as the Sales Manager responsible for leading a high-performing sales team across consumer, medical & information technologiescertification. Your opportunity to influence emerging technology and forge a successful career at the center of safety science!
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leads and motivates a high-performing and experienced sales team, who has delivered world-class growth year-on-year
  • Through coaching, utilises trusted sales techniques and industry knowledge to help the sales team to deliver results
  • Lead client engagement by developing and managing relationships at the middle management and key decision maker levels for large and medium customers within the consumer, medical & information technologies industries
  • Manages sales transaction pipelines and forecasting and hold sales staff accountable for assigned sales targets.
  • Demonstrates expertise and understanding in latest market developments and trends to drive go-to market strategies.
  • Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career development plans, feedback and guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • University Degree in a related discipline + in the region of 8 years' overall sales experience.
  • Proven sales leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor and motivate your team to high performance levels.
  • Strong customer-focus, with the ability to communicate effectively both virtually and in-person to a range of stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
  • Experience in selling Testing, Inspection & Certification services would be highly beneficial.
  • Experience of selling within the cyber security space would be highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Open-minded, commercial person who can bring innovative, fresh ideas to our sales organisation.
