As our newest Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing and strategic planning for a full cycle, new business, account executive team. You will join a leadership team from Justworks, Redis, Shutterstock, monday.com and CHEQ as we continue to grow our global account base. You will be overseeing and responsible for driving a significant portion of accessiBe's revenue, focusing on growing our direct sales (B2B) team as we continue to expand to new industries, geographies and products. This team sells across our entire product suite and across all industries and customer sizes.


What you’ll be doing:

●   Managing and growing a team of high performing account executives to drive long-term relationships with our customers

●   Continuously improve the processes, analysis, and tactics deployed by our teams to drive revenue and ARR growth

●   Evaluate and maintain behavioral and growth tactics

●   Strategically plan and implement new sales initiatives and enablement programs that support growth, analysis, and sales best practices

  • More than 5 years of sales management experience
  • Experience in managing a team of Account Executives
  • Sales process understanding of revenue sharing models/sell through
  • Understanding of sales methodologies (cold calling, value selling, closing, MEDPICC, Challenger)
  • Ability to thrive and work fast in a competitive environment
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making
  • Ambitious and result-oriented with excellent communication skills
