Expanding their portfolio with BOPET films in 2012, they now provide top-quality flexible packaging solutions for food and non-food industries worldwide.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our U.S. team during an exciting growth phase. This full-time, W-2 employee role offers the chance to drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and help expand the company’s footprint across North America.
This position comes at a pivotal time for the U.S. sales team, and the new hire will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while driving new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

- Conduct regular client visits to build relationships, gather feedback, and proactively solve challenges.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
- Generate leads and build relationships with new prospects through networking and industry events.
- Oversee B2B sales operations including order entry, logistics, shipment follow-up, and payment collection.
- Perform market analysis to guide business development and uncover new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with support from internal teams.
- Participate in trade fairs and represent the company professionally.
- Coordinate with operations teams in Turkey and elsewhere to ensure smooth service and on-time delivery.
- Track account activities, maintain sales forecasts, and suggest process improvements.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to keep the company competitive.
- Support business development initiatives as the North American team grows.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and client satisfaction to senior management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (flexible for relevant experience).
- At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in packaging materials or industrial B2B sales.
- Knowledge of U.S. export, customs, and logistics regulations.
- Based in the U.S., preferably East Coast or Midwest (NJ, OH, IL, or surrounding states).
- Ready to travel frequently for client visits and industry events.
- Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving for business travel (expenses reimbursed).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
