This team sits inside a fast-moving revenue organization and is built to scale adoption, improve coverage, and help customers innovate on CoreWeave’s AI-native platform and broader cloud portfolio.

About the Role

CoreWeave is seeking a Sales Manager for Engaged Accounts to lead a team of Account Managers focused on growing and retaining existing customers within assigned territories.

This role is responsible for accelerating customer adoption, building strategy through execution, and leading a high-performing field team in a complex environment. The right candidate will combine strong frontline sales leadership with operating rigor, cross-functional coordination, and a high bar for customer outcomes.

You will help build a business focused on expansion within the installed base, develop opportunity pipelines, improve territory execution, and represent a consolidated view of the business to senior leaders. This is a role for someone who can coach managers and reps through day-to-day execution while also shaping the operating rhythm of the district.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and manage a field sales team focused on engaged accounts and existing customer growth.
  • Drive expansion, retention, and adoption across a set of customer accounts within assigned territories.
  • Exceed team revenue goals through strong inspection, coaching, and disciplined execution.
  • Scale an integrated go-to-market motion across sales, Solutions Architects, partners, product, support, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships across key customer accounts while helping the team deepen executive and working-level engagement.
  • Run operating cadences across the team, including forecast calls, pipeline inspection, 1:1s, team meetings, and leadership reviews.
  • Clarify territory ownership, manage account coverage, and partner with leadership and RevOps on changes that improve productivity and reduce friction.
  • Own the talent strategy and outcomes for the team, including hiring, performance management, promotion readiness, and leadership development.
  • Support onboarding, product fluency, and consistent execution as the team scales.
Who You Are
  • 10+ years of technology sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading sales or account teams.
  • Experience hiring and leading sales or account management teams focused on acquiring, managing, or growing enterprise customers.
  • Strong track record of coaching teams on pipeline development, account execution, and revenue performance.
  • Experience leading teams in cloud, infrastructure, AI platform, or other complex technical SaaS sales environments.
  • Experience leading through cross-functional environments that include technical, partner, and product stakeholders.
  • Strong operating discipline in Salesforce and account ownership governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred
  • Experience managing territory-based account teams across distributed geographies.
  • Experience building repeatable operating rhythms in fast-growth environments.
  • Experience balancing customer growth, talent development, and internal operating cadences at the same time.
Wondering if You’re a Good Fit?

You may be a strong fit if:

  • You know how to build strategy through execution and lead with urgency in a fast-moving environment.
  • You can inspire a team while still holding a high bar on inspection, accountability, and customer outcomes.
  • You are comfortable operating across ambiguity, scale, and cross-functional complexity.
  • You care deeply about customer experience, clear ownership, and building teams that perform over time.
