What You’ll Do

As a marketing specialist, you’ll design and manage strategies to promote RFA’s products, services, and brand. Some of tasks will include researching target audiences, executing campaigns across social media, web, print, and events. Collaborating with sales, product teams, PR teams, and tracking performance metrics to optimize results. You’ll create content, design promotional materials, manage budgets, and serve as our HubSpot expert to streamline sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research on audiences, trends, and competitors.
  • Generate sales leads and manage databases.
  • Oversee HubSpot for sales and marketing.
  • Design content, coordinate webinars, and maintain calendars.
  • Report on customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and produce marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and manage social media and ad campaigns.
  • Train internal teams on products.
  • Plan event budgets and analyze ROI/KPIs.
  • Collaborate with PR/marketing firms.
  • Develop creative content for multiple channels.
  • Align efforts with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social).
  • Organize and promote events.
  • Use analytics to report campaign results.
  • Manage budgets and find cost-effective strategies.
  • Drive engagement through loyalty programs and personalization.
  • Maintain brand consistency and pursue innovative approaches.
  • Handle event logistics, promotion, and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, or 3–5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with social platforms, MS Office, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving, client management, detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and design software skills; quick learner.
  • Analytical and organized.
