Sales Operations & AI Manager

Full-time (40hrs a week), Hybrid Berlin, Germany / Wrocław, Poland Check out The Global Talent Co.'s talent network: https://globaltalent.co/globaltalentnetwork/

About Us: At The Global Talent Co., we provide opportunities to work with leading innovative technology companies worldwide, offering stable employment, competitive compensation, career growth, and access to a community of 25k+ like-minded marketing professionals.

About the Company: Join a fast-growing European brand-experience company shaping how businesses show up in physical space! Founded in 2014 with offices across Germany, Poland, and Sweden, the company designs and manufactures custom logo signage at scale, operating multiple consumer brands across the continent. Through people, processes, and technology, they're on a path to become the industry's first truly scalable player — and AI sits at the heart of that vision.

About the Job: As a Sales Operations & AI Manager, you will own the systems, automations, and infrastructure that power the sales engine. The role sits at the intersection of CRM architecture, AI-driven process automation, and lead generation — enabling the sales team to operate faster, smarter, and at scale. You'll partner closely with sales reps and content owners, turning a working sales motion into a fully systemised one.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end inbound sales process architecture — mapping, optimising, and systemising every stage from first touch to closed deal.

  • Configure, maintain, and continuously improve the CRM (Bitrix24) — pipelines, automations, fields, workflows, and integrations.

  • Build and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive sales tasks, enrich data, and accelerate decision-making.

  • Own the technical architecture of email marketing — sequences, segmentation logic, trigger rules, and tooling — in close collaboration with content owners.

  • Build and operate lead generation automations — prospecting workflows, data sourcing, enrichment pipelines, and outreach sequencing.

  • Ensure data quality and reporting integrity across all sales tooling, giving leadership clear visibility on pipeline health and funnel performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a growth engineering role — ideally in a digital-native or e-commerce environment.

  • Hands-on CRM configuration experience with proven ability to migrate and adapt platforms (Bitrix24 a plus).

  • Practical experience building AI-powered workflows or agents — not just using tools, but architecting solutions with them.

  • Highly systematic thinker — able to document processes, identify failure points, and close gaps without hand-holding.

  • Strong bias for automation over manual work — if something is done twice, it should be automated.

  • Tight prioritisation — few things, done properly, with measurable outcomes.

  • Fluent English (C1+); German or Polish a plus.

At The Global Talent Co., our mission is to bridge the gap between leading global tech companies and amazing global talent. We believe everyone deserves equal access to opportunities, regardless of the country they are born in.
